We would like to invite you to The Metamorphosis Experience, a 2.5-day experiential workshop in Austin, Texas on December 5-7, 2025 offering an opportunity to discover who you are when you don't hold anything back.
Using somatic practices of Core Energetics, and the healing power of the group, we'll help you access, express, and liberate the long-held feelings that have kept you from living as your true self.
We all have parts of ourselves that we hide out of deep-rooted fear or shame. As a result, we live a half-life, cut off from a vital energy inside that we sense, but don't have full access to. This results in a life lived with diminished intuition, expression, and creativity.
In this workshop, our intention is to support you to re-connect to the places inside that you have disowned, so that you can come into your full power, and experience what it feels like to be alive, connected, and present.

The Metamorphosis Experience
What it is:
Using the transformative principles of Core Energetics, our intention is to create a safe container for a group of 10-12 people where you can explore and express your deepest truths. Through dynamic group experiential exercises, you'll build connection and trust with others who are also committed to growth. Then, through profound group process work, you will learn to not hold back and speak your truth and feel the emotions that have been blocked in order to access the radiant core of who you truly are.

FACILITATORS
Jana Singer
Jana Singer is a certified Core Energetics Practitioner through the New York Institute. She runs a Core Energetics training program with Angela Ai, is a faculty member at the Montreal Core Energetics Institute, and has taught workshops in Toronto, LA and Austin on topics including sex and attraction, the shadow and relationships. In addition to her private practice, she facilitates ongoing weekly groups in Toronto, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Angela Ai
Angela Ai is a Transformation Catalyst and certified Radical Aliveness Core Energetics Practitioner. She runs a Core Energetics training program with Jana Sinyor, and works with individuals and couples helping people break through blocks around creativity, relationships, money and sexuality. She is currently studying to become a Human Design Analyst. Angela lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Ferd, and their dog, Mobi.
